Bar Row Halloween is an informal event that tends to occur on Halloween in the Bar Row area (just outside Yokota AB, near Fussa Station).
It’s pretty much a gathering of people in Halloween costumes who hang around to see and be seen. In recent years, it’s been attracting more and more people.
